WMP-30 Fiberglass Facing - Specifications and Features
This industrial-strength WMP-30 fiberglass facing was specifically designed for use in metal buildings. It is the insulation choice if you need a rigid, long-lasting insulation facing that can handle demanding conditions, such as high humidity. If condensation is a concern, consider this insulation option.
It has a low perm rating of approximately 0.02 and a tensile strength of 40 pounds per square inch. Its Mullen Burst PSI puncture resistance is 65 per square inch. In a nutshell, it's a solid choice for handling things!
Keep in mind, it is more than just strong; WMP-30 has a clean, white finish that brightens up interiors and reflects light well. Finally, it meets Class A fire safety standards.

Tape and Banding for Vapor Barrier Fiberglass Insulation
To maintain the insulation's thermal efficiency, order patch and/or double-side tape and/or banding and screw (white or black).
Two-Sided

The purpose of the double-sided tape is to secure insulation during the construction process.
3" x 150'. Recommended one roll per 2,000 square feet.
Patch Tape

This tape is used to seal gaps, joints, and seams, ensuring a continuous thermal barrier.
1/2" x 60'. Recommended one roll per 15,000
Banding

Banding is used to prevent the insulation from sagging and shifting.
One roll of 500' banding per 1,000 square foot of coverage.

Standard Length: 30' - 100'. However, rolls less than 16' will cost $0.5 more.
Standard Width: 3', 4', 5', and 6'
Custom cuts shorter than 16' are an additional cost.
